AI Governance Platform
Enterprise AI systems make thousands of decisions every hour.
Most enterprises cannot explain a single one.
Krihaya changes that.
Built on production systems
The Problem
Three failure modes. Every enterprise. Right now.
No Visibility
Your AI system made thousands of decisions today. You know the uptime. You cannot explain a single output.
Observe layer →No Governance
There is no standard applied to what your AI outputs. Every response ships without a check, a threshold, or a rule.
Govern layer →No Lineage
When something fails, there is no trace back to the source. The blast radius of any change is invisible until it isn't.
Trace layer →The Platform
Krihaya sits between your AI system and your enterprise. It does not replace what you built. It makes what you built accountable.
Krihaya gives you complete visibility before a human ever sees the result.
Configurable rules. Everything under your control.
Full lineage and blast radius.
Krihaya is in early access.
We are working with a small number of teams.
Who It's For
Right now, the honest answer is complicated. Krihaya gives you the layer that makes it simple.
Data drifts. Models update. Outputs change. Krihaya is the observability layer you know you need.
Why Krihaya Exists
Krihaya began as a problem I could not unsee. After 17 years building enterprise systems, I started building AI systems and kept hitting the same wall — the output worked, but I could not explain it, trace it, or prove it was stable under pressure.
So I built FluentGraph — a dependency intelligence tool for ServiceNow Fluent SDK projects. It mapped 181 artifacts, 141 relationships, and showed you exactly what would break before you deployed. The response from developers was immediate.
FluentGraph was the narrow problem. Every enterprise AI system deployed today is the wide problem. Krihaya is that.

The highest form in Carnatic music. A complete work. Built, not assembled.
Nothing left without being scrutinized. The most rigorous grading in the world.
The right boundary does not constrain — it enables.
Early Access
Krihaya is in early access. We are onboarding a small number of teams who want to shape what enterprise AI governance looks like.
We read every message.
We'll be in touch shortly.
